Reality TV show Shark Tank is based on the UK series Dragon’s Den, which is itself adapted from a Japanese program titled The Tigers Of Money. The show sees budding entrepreneurs pitch their products to a panel of potential investors – the “sharks” of the title – who decide whether to invest in the business or give it a hard pass.
While it might be an American show, fans won’t find Shark Tank in the Netflix US library. However, Netflix does offer seasons 7 through 9 of the reality series in other countries including Canada and the United Kingdom.
