Albert Walker Mondane (born June 29, 1990) is an American rapper better known as Sauce Walka. He is half of the rap group Sauce Twinz, along with his teammate Sancho Saucy.
Sauce was reared in Houston by his mother, who was an alcoholic. He has a brother named Dillon Clemons and his father was a professional wrestler.
Sauce claims to be a member of the Bloods gang and has spoken about having to hustle and pimp to survive. He met fellow hustler Sancho Saucy, the son of a prominent dope kid and thug, and the two began writing and rapping about their experiences in Houston. Sauce Walka tells Hot 97 that he developed the phrase “drip,” and he characterizes his style as saucy, marinated, savory, and a few more colorful terms. Sauce Walka used to go by “A-Walk” and was a member of the street gang Mash Mode. He’s been charged with shooting someone during a concert on the Texas Southern University campus. He pleaded guilty to lethal behavior and was sentenced to community service.
