Idan died on Tuesday evening (August 6) from an undisclosed medical condition whilst at the Barzilai Medical Center in his native Israel.
He’s known for posting about his love of food on TikTok, with his content including footage of him eating. He’s also posted self-deprecating jokes about being obese.
His death was confirmed by the agency that represented him, ADD Content Agency, who said in a statement on Instagram yesterday that he was “golden hearted.”
Alongside a photo of Idan, they wrote: “[We are] sorry for the family and are deeply hurt by the death of Idan, who was a talented, hardworking and golden-hearted guy”.
According to the Sun, his family have confirmed that the cause of death was a medical condition – which has yet to be revealed – and his funeral was planned for yesterday.
The outlet further reports that Idan is known for mocking his own obesity and had recently been cast in a competition reality show involving influencers, called ‘The Creatoks’.
