After a protracted struggle with depression, Sarah Saldi, 37, of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away on April 16.
4th of May, 2023, a Thursday.
Eric and Terri Skoog welcomed Sarah Ann Skoog into the world on July 9, 1985 in Denison, Iowa.
She went to St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and School when she was younger. Sarah belonged to
the 2003 Denison Community High School graduating class, where she was outstanding
academically as well as in pursuits like swimming, chorus, cross-country running, and track & field.many more.
Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University. She
She eventually went to the University of Nebraska Medical Center and graduated with a master’s in nursing and advanced her career as a nurse practitioner in palliative care.

James Saldi, her spouse, and their two young children, Nola and Asher, remain in her life.
Her parents, Terri and Eric Skoog of Denison, Iowa, and her maternal
grandma Patricia Skoog of Prior Lake, and grandfather Robert Snyder of Carroll,
Minnesota; her Colorado Springs, Colorado, sister Andrea Skoog and her family; and by her brother
Texan Christopher Skoog and his family are from Houston. Additional survivors include her in-laws Tony and
Mike Saldi of Miami, Florida; Deb Saldi of Omaha, Nebraska; and brother and sister-in-law
family members Nick and Katie Saldi. Additionally, she is survived by countless aunts, uncles, andnieces, nephews, and cousins.
