We regret to inform you that Ron Bard passed away on February 6, 2023, at Pine Falls Hospital.
Ron battled Stage 4 pancreatic cancer in a difficult and painful manner. Ron died quietly while clutching the hand of his Beloved.
Ron is survived by Tannis, the woman he loved more than anything. In addition, he leaves three stepchildren, Taylor, Joey, and Thomas, of whom he is quite proud.
Other survivors include his two brothers, Gary Bard and Douglas Bard, two sisters, Myrna Murray and Bonnie Bard, nieces Melissa Ireland and Christie Danylchuk, as well as their families, nephews Dillan and Travis, and sister-in-law Valerie Hornbaker (Chad).
Irene Bard, Ron’s mother, and Kenneth Bard, his father, both predeceased him.
According to Ron’s request, there will be no service. This summer, there will be a memorial bike ride for Ronald, and everyone interested is welcome to attend a gathering at the shop.
