Luke A. Harris, age 45, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021.
Luke was born in Greenwich, CT. He lived in Savannah for many years before moving to Richmond Hill a nu itmber of years ago. He was a graduate of Savannah Christian School.
He was Director of Safety for EnviroVac in Savannah. Luke spent 20 years in law enforcement with 18 of those years working for the Richmond Hill Police Department.
Luke was a hard worker and had a great personality. He was funny and loved everyone unconditionally. He liked music and playing the guitar. Luke enjoyed playing golf and spending time playing with his children. He was a great father, husband, and son.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Tamar Harris.
Luke is survived by his wife of 10 years, Brittany Sahlberg-Harris of Richmond Hill; two sons, Ryder Sahlberg-Harris and Diesel Harris both of Richmond Hill; a daughter, Jenna Clary of Savannah; his father, Chuck Harris of Mill Springs, NC; a sister, Amy Williams of Rock Hill, SC; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Doug and Judy Sahlberg of Richmond Hill.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 12, 2021 at Richmond Hill Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service.
