Lily Collins was born on March 18, 1989 in Guildford, Surrey, England. She moved to Los Angeles with her mother when she was five. She studied at the University of Southern California majoring in Broadcast Journalism.
She began acting at the age of two in the BBC series Growing Pains. In 2009, she appeared in the television show 90210. She has also made appearances in films such as The Blind Side and Priest.
She came to worldwide attention when was cast as Snow White in Mirror, Mirror, co-starring Julia Roberts in 2012.
