Jamie Lynn Spears was born on April 4, 1991 in McComb, Mississippi, U.S. She is the younger sister of singer Britney Spears. In 2002, she made her acting debut where she played the younger version of Britney Spears’ character in the film Crossroads.

After her appearance in Crossroads, she was cast in the Nickelodeon sketch comedy series All That. In 2004, she gained wider recognition after being cast as Zoey Brooks in another Nickelodeon show, Zoey 101.

For her performance, she garnered a Young Artist Award and a Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards. She then pursued a career in music, releasing her first single “How Could I Want More” on November 25, 2013.
