Dr Singh achieved education and training at University of Texas HSC Houston, Brown University, University of Minnesota and Iowa Heart Center, Des Moines Iowa.
Dr Singh founded Carolina Cardiology Associates in 1991. CCA provides all aspects of cardiovascular disease management in hospital and office setting. Team at CCA includes fourteen physicians including cardiologists, electrophysiologist, heart failure specialists and vascular surgeons. Additionally, four-member physician extender team assists in all aspects of hospital and office-based services.
Dr Singh practices in all aspects of cardiology and vascular diseases including prevention, angioplasty, stent, pacemaker, heart failure, arrhythmia, acute and chronic coronary artery disease.
He believes in early detection and management of heart disease with modification of lifestyle and risk factors. This includes utilization of technology such as CT coronary artery calcium score in risk factor management.
He is a member of STEMI angioplasty team on call at PMC Rock Hill assigned to treat heart attacks by stent angioplasty immediately. Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation with Ornish Lifestyle Medicine is utilized following the hospitalization for heart attack and heart failure.
Dr Singh also manages patients with Sleep Apnea, CPAP with several sleep labs and a dedicated sleep clinic. He also treats patients with varicose veins with vein ablation.
