Dr. Daniel Roth, DO – Fort Wayne, IN

I am currently in private practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our practice is a multispecialty pain practice utilizing the most up-to-date, evidence based medicine. We have interventional and non-interventional physicians and have two licensed addiction psychologists on staff.

Over a short period of time, I have used my clinical training and business training to develop a very well managed, successful, free-standing pain practice. I am happy to help anyone, in any specialty, to become successful in outpatient, private practice without having to join a large hospital, ACO, or other owning/managing agency.
