Ramon Lopez, aged 41, and Evangelina Ybarra, aged 42, met an untimely demise on Monday night within the 2500 block of Shaffer Road, near Fortuna Avenue. Responding to a distress call around 10:30 p.m., officers discovered the pair in a vehicle, both suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, and regrettably, they were pronounced deceased at the scene.
