Anna Faris was born on November 29, 1976 in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. After graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in English Literature, she decided to go to London to work and write.
However, she decided to give Los Angeles a try after filming Lovers Lane in 1999. She signed up with a management agency and instantly got her breakout role in the horror-film parody Scary Movie.
She also appeared on the comedy series Friends where she had a recurring role. She went on to play supporting roles in such films as Brokeback Mountain and My Super Ex-Girlfriend.
