Holden's incredible figure does come from working out, but not from working out at the gym. She tells Hello! Magazine, "I like to keep active. But I can't stand gyms." Says the Mayo Clinic: "The Department of Health and Human Services recommends that healthy adults include aerobic activity and strength training in their fitness plans, specifically:

  • At least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equivalent combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity
  • Strength training exercises of all the major muscle groups at least twice a week."

Holden says that doing activities with her family helps her to stay active, especially during lockdown. "As a family we've not let this lockdown stop us from exercising," she said on Instagram. "It's actually become an essential hour of our daily lives. Whether it's a home workout, a bike ride, a run or even a walk around the park – working up a sweat is good for your mind, body and soul."

Holden is an active runner, and made sure to go out for a run during the lockdown. She says to Hello! Magazine, "I like to run for an hour a week, as I feel great afterwards. It's also time to myself, which is worth its weight in gold."

In this Instagram photo, Holden is seen going for a bike ride. She revealed in the caption that she likes to bike with her family, and that they have gone out for rides during the pandemic.

Holden tells Hello! Magazine that she aims to live a life with no regrets, and that includes dieting. "I eat everything. Drink everything. I had a friend once who didn't make it to her 50s and her biggest regret was she spent her life on a diet. I don't diet."
